Window Frames

Has anybody found a solution to the door tops that seem to have big moth bites in them?
I have changed my door mirrors from through glass to later door mounted ones and I then got a couple of frames and glass (with no holes) from Mike Taylor. Fitted the glass using black windscreen sealing gunk and it made such as mess but during the process the frames had so much movement due to the make up and the rust holes that when I put them back in they just don't seal properly.
Has anybody else been through this and found a good solution???

The only solution is to replace the window frames completely.

Thanks amarshall
Does anybody know where to get some from and how to fit the glass without using the messy windscreen gunk?

Having just gone through the pain of fitting a new door beam and then re-fitting the frames, which bit does not seal properly?
I spent a long time with shims to get the window frame aligned with the door seal and also moving the door casing around the door beam.
From your post it says you already have "new" frames from lotusbits. May be that they are slightly different from the old and hence need different shims etc. I had to change the amount of shims almost everywhere and elongate some holes in door to make it fit with a new door beam.
