Gearlever bias plungers

Hi
I'm experimenting with gearboxes and wondered if anybody out there had a box (Toyota rather than earlier ones) that they were breaking.
I'm looking for the two spring plungers that screw into the tailhousing below the gearlever. They bias the lever into the 3rd/4th plane. I know suitable plungers are commercially available but I don't know the spring rates that might be suitable for what I have in mind.
Contact thru the forum might be the best option since my e-mail seems to be "problematic" at the moment or ring 0151 480 8400.
Regards
John
