Hi

I was hanging on to these spares to sell to Matt Debbage who bought my excel last March. Change of plans his end means I'm now putting them thru the forum. I owned the car for 11 years and acquired these items as standby bits in case of damage etc. They're all excellent nick (I don't buy rubbish) and some are made of "unobtainium".

Pair of door frames- absolutely rust free. I had these chemically dipped/stripped, repaired and painted them in 2 pack black. Been in my attic for years but now splashed with white emulsion. All they need are the oblong fasteners (4 on each frame from memory) either replacing or a half inch weld added to each. The reason for this is that the welder used metal oblongs that were not fully boxed. The frames would then need a good clean and a light top coat to finish. The tinted quarter lights are bonded in already. £150 the pair plus transit costs and I'd prefer not to split.

2 new cam cover gaskets £5
Pair of perfectly serviceable door mirrors- complete but need the spring back mechanisms attended to. One glass is discoloured. Presently silver frost and need a repaint. I'll throw in a brand new fulcrum plus an excellent binnacle. £35 for the two.
One new wheel stud £3
One 82 degree thermostat used (I swapped over a 74 degree one) £3
Two window switches- one in perfect order the other could probably be repaired £10 the two
One retract control relay plus two retract relays (or vice versa- I'm not sure which is which) All working. £30 the three
One mint multi switch for the steering column- as new- £30
Various glasses- 1 driver side/2 passenger side. Excellent nick- green tint. £35 the three
Two clear quartlight glasses £10 the two.

Please note- if you buy the door framer you'll have to arrange your own courier but I'll pack them properly I assure you.

I'm in Liverpool. Ring 0151 480 8400 or contact via the forum or direct on jmb2@blue yonder.co.uk

Thanks

John
