Wanted: Dashboard, Parts Info etc....?

Hi, I need a 86 Excel S.E. dashboard.
Vehicle has a full blue leather interior. The dash has been recovered and whilst its a good job .....its faded and grotty. I believe the present dash was cracked and split etc.
I will consider all options.
Also a later model spoiler which has a slight lip and generally a bit bigger and nicer to look at is required.
Electric mirrors: What did they oridginally come off?
Does anyone know of a site that deals with the interchangeability of parts with the supra/celica range of vehicles?
Apart from the Diff,Gearbox & brakes.... there must be heaps that came from the japanese parts bin.
Last but not least...Has anybody out there installed a set of 17' Minilites/superlites?
I need some info regarding wheels as well as the standard ones are soon to be relegated to the back of the garage.

Hi there, Yes you are correct. However being a little new to this...... one just needs to trawl through things and take notes as you go. I have emailed ''lotusbits'' plus listed a general enquirey in the UK for a dashboard. No replies as yet.....$#@*
I am not new to Lotus's, S4 DHC Elan, Europa, & a kit 7 being part of the past. NZ is about as far as you can get from lotus parts...but a forum such as this brings the possibility of a dash next door (not likely LOL) or perhaps Australia etc. Cheers

If you get no reply from your email to LotusBits - give them a phone call. They can be quite (!) slow with email, but once you've phoned them and got their attention they are usually very good.
