Lotus Eclat 521 for Sale

For sale is my 1980 Lotus Eclat 521 S1, which I have owned for over 10 years.
The car was in pristine A1 condition and featured on the front cover of the Club Lotus magazine when they ran an Eclat/Excel feature some years ago.
For the last 5 years, the car has been stored in my garage and has covered no miles due to my residency in Germany for work purposes. The car has been started and driven onto my drive and is currently SORN.
During this storage period, the condition has deteriorated primarily due to:
a) a mouse finding its way into the interior, ruining the headlining and some trim.
b) a crack has developed in the windscreen
c) some bubbling has appeared on the front drivers side wing and also on a small area of the drivers door.
The car has covered 67,000 miles from new and was a pleasure to drive during its use - a real head-turner. The engine starts and runs with no abnormal noises. Gearbox is good with a new clutch fitted before its lay-up. The chassis was changed in 1990 for a Spyder unit and has some surface rust which could do with a good rub down and treatment.
I simply do not have the space or time to complete the restoration that the car deserves; hence, my post on this forum. There is a large history file (from 1990 onwards) and other bits and pieces including a workshop manual.
