Lotus Excel SE, 5 mins from M1, Junction 8, Spares/Project

With regret I have come to the decision to sell my Lotus Excel SE as I have not got the time to spend on bringing it back to its full potential!
This could be a project car for someone or simply used for spares.......a little history, I purchased this car in 2001 and used it as my main car for several years, unfortunately November 2002 I was involved in a accident and was hit from behind into another car which damaged the rear bumper (which has been repaired) and the front fibre glass nose damage (not repaired). Although I continued to use the car and I was told by the insurance it was all cleared it does come up on the car check as Category C damage. There is also mention of there being a further Category C accident in January 1999 but I have no details of this as was never told about this when I purchased the car.
The engine ran well until it was sorn'd and garaged in 2004, apart from the general play around on the drive it has not been driven since this date so please note that anyone wishing to purchase will need to arrange a pick up / tow to get it home. It is a non runner due to the radiator being removed as it was damagaed.
The car is burgandy with the cream leather interior.
