Late reg excel NOT ECLAT as advertised. Description is sketchy at best and likely to be sold by a company who has stumbled acroas it and trying to fob it off as an easy fix and a quick turnaround in cash for themselves.
Go armed with some knowledge and give it a firm crack at a realistic bid and I think you may get somewhere.
