Yes, it is possible that all these things were replaced after the crash - but I still suspect it was more likely that a later car has had an identity swap. Particularly the dashboard , even if that did need replacing after the accident it would be surprising to replace it with the later style. Various bits behind the dashboard - particularly the heating system - are different between the two dash styles. And all four wheelarches? These are integral to the bodyshell, so it's either an entirely different bodyshell, or someone has glassed in different wheelarches on all four corners, even though no more than two would have been damaged in any smash.
