Door quarter glass
Could anyone please tell me wich is the best way to fit the quarter glass. With the frame in or out of the door?
Id say frame out thats how i did mine ,just make sure that when u bond the glass in that the centre upright and the front upright dont splay apart
{Haveing said that frame in with small amounts of adeshive to hold things in place let dry 24 hrs ,then take frame off so u can do a neat job with the sealer }
If it does u will have the problem already mentioned as well as the drop glas being to tight so it will not go up down smoothly
Must admit its a S**t job to do i used sikoflux{windcreen adeshive} masking the window nice and neat so u get a neat line of adeshive
Have thinners and rags to hand because its messy stuff to work with!

Door quarter glass
Thanks iforland / mark, what i shall try and do is bond the glass to the front and top frame whilst out, then fit frame and bond to the centre upright. The sealent i have is ment to go off in 10min so i am told i hafto work fast. This could be fun!
