1991 Excel SE Celebration For Sale

After 6 years of ownership I am selling my 1991 SE Celebration.
Lotus Marque Green with Tan perforated hide.
99k miles.
Professional EFI installation by QED.
225/50 Dunlop SP9000s all round 3.5mmf new rears (1500mls) unused spare.
Service history from new including bills for works totaling c£16k prior to my purchase.
Stainless steel exhaust.
Unused tool kit.
Original Clarion Radio (not fitted) and CD changer.
MOT July 2010.
Will have B srevice this month.
Bodywork is in good condition but needs stone chips reparied and due to coming off aspeed bump last week scratches under front valance also.
All electrics are working.
Air con recharged 2weeks ago and working well.
Alarm and mobiliser fitted.
Also included leather bound history folder, Parts manual and Workshop Service notes.

I am asking for £5250 for a very sound reliable Excel. The only costs that I have incured during the 6 years of ownership have been consumables apart from steering rack (2004) and the odd relay or switch.
