Lotus Excel SE 1990 for Sale

Not having much luck selling the Excel. I am perhaps being a little too optimistic with the price. If anyone has an interest please let me know.

The time has come, for me to let the Excel go!
Considered by many to be one of the best examples on the road today!!

1990 Excel SE in Pacific blue with Magnolia Leather and A/C
The car has covered 78,000 miles with full history, Lotus dealers in the early days and more recently Mike and Dave at Lotus Bits. The car has been in the family for the past 14 years and during that time no expense spared. I have old MOT's for at least the last ten years maybe beyond, original owners handbook with service stamps togehter with a ring binder of all invoices etc.

Recent work done includes:
Cam belt change in the summer, Water pump reconditioned, leather reconditioned, adjustable AVO shocks and springs to the rear, new springs and adjustable shocks to the front. Brakes lines replaced, new Y peice and rear exhaust pipes (not the silencers) new expansion tank, etc, etc, the list really does go on.

I'm only selling the car because i've bought an Esprit and the wife isn't keen on the idea of having 2 parked on the drive!!!
