Lotus Excel SE 1986 and a Lotus Excel (wide body) 1984 PARTS

Post by bauke »

Hello Guys

i just break down again some lotus cars,
BUT this ones go down to keep the better cars running, (your cars!)

so if you need something, the cars are complete,
the SE is still a good looking car only with some front damage,
if somebody wants to take the hole car, i will sell it also, (just make a offer.. it has papers,)
its both RHD. the SE is black

the other excel has a black leather interior, and that one goes for parts for sure,

please e-mail to: beppebeuner@hotmail.com

Greetings from holland!

Buying cars in the UK , taking them to Holland then trying to sell them back to the UK is adding a huge amount to the cost of the car. I thought about buying back one you had that I was a previous owner of but adding in my time , trailer hire, fuel and crossings put £1k on the car and was just not worth it for me . I know its not in your interest as a breaker but just leaving them in the UK would make them more accessable to more owner/buyers and less likely to end up in bits.

Malcolm: why do you think it will add 1k  Drive the car on its own axles on a ferry and there it is. 2 new headlights and broammmm.... Depending on which ferry, it will cost near to nothing and don't forget the adventure on the plus side :)

The £1k was on the basis of the car I used to own that he bought 2-3 owners on from me. He had stripped the engine and it was in bits. So trailer hire for weekend, 2x crossing with trailer, fuel there and back , a bit of euro breakdown cover for the tow car etc. From memory hes quite some way into Holland and I live in the south east of uk.
