Post-86 Ice detector face plate

On an older thread I mentioned that I was thinking of replacing my non-functioning ice warning with a Gammatronix kit.

It arrived this morning and, although it uses a twin LED system for the warning lamp - the LEDs are encased in the lens to give green, yellow and red warnings.

That means that my initial plan of using the existing warning lamp plate is on hold until I feel brave enough to open up the Gammatronix lamp assembly.

Does anyone have an old LED mounting plate they could let me have for the initial installation ?
