Releasing one back into the community

Post by fueltheburn »

Afternoon all.

Just gauging interest before I make a decision to float one of my stock on ebay as I would rather it goes to someone on here who is looking for a project.
I have been given an opportunity to make headway on another project so making room by moving one on.

1 x Steel Grey 1987 SE. Paintwork is original and in very good condition except for front left light pod has a lacquer lift - easily salvageable. Interior is in very good condition. 60k+miles. No engine but gearbox is present. Has been off road in a garage for 10 years.

1 x Late Narrow body LC. Black. Complete with engine and gearbox. Complete car nothing removed. Engine was rebuilt 8 years ago just before it was driven into a shed, lubricants drained at this point. Has been sat 8 years.

Both cars are projects, requiring full rebuild and are not to be taken lightly i.e a quick polish and fluid change wont get these running.
I personally haven't decided which one to keep so was hoping somebody else would help me make a decision.

Both cars are located in the Suffolk area. Pictures aren't currently easy to do as I haven't been down there in ages.

Sensible offers for each would be considered. Just drop me a pm.

Regards
Kieran

Kieran,
Let me know if I can help you by taking any pics for you since I am in Feltwell in Norfolk. I will also see if anyone in the area is interested since I get a lot of people asking me about mine especially as I am using it as a daily driver right now.

Aye - thats the steel blue one Stu.
I dont want to let it go but it would hopefully go to a good home as I have a large fish to fry with the funds it would release.

Jeff - thanks for the offer on that. I would have to ask my friend if he didnt mind someone taking pics... You know what fen boys are like
He is a farmer and a fen boy so suspicious of everything different :P

If it helps - I have access to an HC engine as well.
