weeping cam carriers

Its only August since I last had to take these off to reseal, plus new cam belt etc. But the flippin thing is leaking oil onto my exhaust manifold again. I used the proper stuff from Lotus for the sealant but its obviously rubbish. Anybody got any recommendations for some decent stuff cos Im highly tempted to but my Rover V8 in instead of messing about again.

I thought that I had the same, turns out it was actually the Cam covers - gaskets on those are rubbish, and really need a good coat of wellseal.
