Birthday Bash

Post by Spav »

I have a met some of you but not many, so here is a thought, what about a birthday bash. On November 1st lotusexcel.net is one year old.

What about arranging a dinner/evening somewhere with accomodation, car or not car activities included, so children, wives girlfriends and mistresses would all be welcome. Could even make it an annual event if there is enough interest.

Possible options for dates for an annual event first Saturday in November or last Saturday in October. Or combine with classic motor show (NEC) / parts fair (Stoneleigh).

I cannot bring the excel as I will not have emptied all the cardboard boxes by then.

Birthday celebrations are in order. Combining with Stoneleigh would be easier for me to justify.........

Ok looks like this might be a runner then.

The proposal is Dinner somewhere near stoneleigh Saturday evening 12th November.

I will need a roll call to get the numbers we need to make this swift to get some accomodation and some where to eat.

Will be at the Esprit-Forum meet in the first week of October and cannot afford a second trip to UK at the moment.
Wish you all a good time though... :)

Hmmmmm.

Not exactly the response I was hoping for, thanks those that put their hand up. I will not be trying to book anything on the back of this, but I suggest we now get a list of who is going to Stoneleigh.

Spav, Shame about the response, but I still hope to be at Stoneleigh.

Thanks for trying to organise something.
