Here is a set of collages showing all the Oliver Winterbottom Lotus partygoers I could find at Hethel - a grand total of 34, made up of 7 Elites (including 1 Riviera), 4 Eclats (including 1 Sprint and 1 Riviera), and 23 Excels (including 1 narrowbody, at least 1 Celebration, and at least 1 SA):

I think the management should ask nicely for 3 of the wall panels shown in the bottom middle picture.

How better to demonstrate this years NEC Classic show theme "Built to last".

There were plenty of them

I have a poster (and a mug, and a t-shirt!)

The other great thing about that graphic is that it was used as the backdrop for the senior executives' speeches. The Elite was in the immediate background when they did a head shot :D

Cheers, Richard

Yes, I remember it now - how come I missed it? So that makes 35, and I also saw a red one moving away from the Lotusbits pitch but was too late to get a picture - so it could be 36.

Cheers, Richard

Keep posting how good the event was. They might make it an annual gathering.

Thanks to everyone posting the great photos.Would love to have been there, first I've missed for 40 odd years. Was there a booklet for the event? If anyone has a spare, may I buy it? Cheers, Jeff.
