If it does I would like to join the club stand if there are enough club tickets to go around. I could then see about returning my standard ticket for someone else.

Not sure I’ll be coming after all, however much I’d like to. Why? Well, you only get two entries per Lotus car - even if the extras are aged 1 and 3. And it doesn’t seem possible to acquire additional tickets. This confirmed in a personal email direct from Bibs (who runs TLF, who are organising this shindig).

Seems like blatant bias against 4-seat Lotus’ to me.

So, unless two others are attending alone, and want to meet me just outside the gate so they can take my wife or a child into the event, I don’t see how I will be able to attend.

I think we should be able to arrange for the correct number of tickets to be sent out prior to the event. Both your wife and your 3 year old are, however, welcome to sit in my car at the event.

I would like to go but my efforts seem to be in vain, missed out on the Friday by minutes, accepted leave car in car park, so went into my local dealer Snows Hedge End on Monday afternoon as suggested on Lotus own site, Salesman out receptionist took my details and promised a call, surprise surprise nothing. Then wrote out request on their contact us site, back came the acknowledgement and all the standard bull with promise to contact me, guess what nothing! so at present not going, if there is the opportunity of a ticket please put me in queue

Apparently, club admin. is to be done on Monday so we're unlikely to have any news until then.

Doesn't look like I'll be going either unless there are any spare rides/tickets out there . Might even have to go shopping with SWMBO!

Still no update. Sorry.

(of course, this may change when the postman has been - if he comes today).

Update: still not much progress.

Space for club stands hasn't been finalised so we're all still in the dark.
