As there has not been a mention lately regarding stand allocation wondered what the latest news may be

I've been told we can expect space for 20 cars, but there's no sign of tickets or space allocation yet.

If you do receive an allocation of tickets/spaces then can I place myself in the queue for a ticket

I have a ticket already but would like to be on our "stand" if we get one. If being on a club stand comes with a club ticket, I'd be happy to let my existing ticket go to another owner (assuming there's no issues with transferability). Thanks Angus...

First answers to some questions I asked:

power for club stands? - Unfortunately not

barbecues (as in, bring our own)? - No, H&S nightmare I'd imagine

children - yea or nay, and if yea, how do they get tickets to accompany parents? - Children are fine. Tickets are per car and include 1 passenger, that can be an adult or a child.

selling of club merchandise on the day? - Lotus have said no to this.

Still no clues about club tickets or access arrangements per se.

So, here's what you need to do if you want to be on the LotusExcel.net/Lotus Elite/Eclat/Excel O.C. stand :

IMMEDIATELY, send me a stamped addressed envelope with a note of your registration number (my address is on the Window frame order form).

And it'd be really nice if you could make sure you have an appropriate club sticker on your car. They're on sale in the forum shop

As soon as I get the ticket allocation, I'll post them out on a first-come first-served basis.

The holiday inn Ipswich road we stayed in for the 60th is fully booked. So I have booked into Holiday inn express Drayton High Road but not many rooms left.

We've booked into the John Barleycorn in Duxford. We stayed there last month while we visited the Duxford Air Museum, and it's very agreeable.

It's about as far as we can get after work on the Friday from Cardiff, and is about 1hr 10 mins straight up the A11 to Hethel on Saturday morning.
