Very early Excel for auction.

One of the earliest Excels is for auction in March :

Excels started at Chassis D 11148. This one is 11161, so not many earlier. Other than one of the prototypes (11144) that some how escaped Lotus grasp, this is now the earliest Excel I have on the register.

Not many photo's but it looks a reasonable car on what you can see - Sun roof though

I really like the look of the early Excels. So much less fussy than the SE and the Speedline wheels look great. That example needs a lot of work, though.
