Hi all.
I am new to this forum and the Lotus brand too so thought I would say hi and also make some time to get my car upto a nice standard.
Hot starting seems to be a problem and for some reason the purge pump is missing from my 88 SE Excel.
Does anybody have a spare unit even if it doesn't work?
I am happy to fix one of these and obviously pay for postage costs.
Any help would be appreciated.

They are a simple pump . If you don't find original use something like a fish tank pump.
Nothing is fool proof. Fools are clever!
