Sealing the internal fibreglass
How would you seal the inside fibreglass before putting new sound proofing , anyone used Zinsser bullseye 1-2-3 seems like a good option

You just need to remove the old glue and any loose paint and apply the sound proofing. It doesn't need to be sealed in any way beforehand.
