The EBC Catalogue only crosses the rear Excel pads to the Toyota Supra 2.8 and one model of Celica.

BRAKE PADS
Im sure the renault brake pads fit the esprit they are listed as fitting an excel but they dont, MA61 supra 2.8i are the ones that do fit
Re: BRAKE PADS
Don't forget its not just whether or not the pads physically fit properly, the friction material has to be suitable for the application also.steven popay wrote:Im sure the renault brake pads fit the esprit they are listed as fitting an excel but they dont, MA61 supra 2.8i are the ones that do fit
I doubt if Espace or whatever pads would be particularly suitable.
As one Lotus parts dept guy said to me,'do you really want to be wondering if your pads are up to the job when you're panic braking from 90 MPH'.

If you go on the brakes international website, in there catalogue all the celica brake parts are the same part numbers as the lotus excel.
