Morgan dealers, but seem to be well-regarded by everyone that I've heard mention them. They have RR and should understand most induction systems.
Last time I needed a RR setup for carbs, I used Motoscope at Northallerton to set up the Webers on my Westfield. Seemed to do a good job for me, but I've heard a few adverse opinions since then.

I recently rebuilt the Dellortos for my Clan. Genuine parts and a fast service at a good price.
The main issues are:
Seized idle mixture screws in towers (Screws are Fine threads in alloy - use lots of WD 40 ....Now! )
Worn throttle spindles (mine were OK).
Lots of care with float spindle lugs in casing...they break off if your too heavy handed...you have to remove the floats to refresh the needle valves...
Otherwise its simple to rebuild...if you don't need to remove the throttle spindles then they won't be too far out for synchronisation on refitting.
BTW. Best to buy this book...

Excellent guide to servicing. There are some other technical guides to balancing and setting up on the Elan Factory website. I agree, this is definitely a diy job, and the best part is, once you've put it all together, the next time you plant your right foot you'll know exactly what's happening in there.
