What is the easiest way to remove the radiator?

Does anybody have a pattern part number for front brake discs please?

Easy - who said it was going to be easy?
The only way I have ever got it out is straight down so you need to remove the lower duct.

Get the front of the car well up off the ground
Bonnet off.
Headlight pods off.
Hoses off.
Fan shroud off.

There are studs at the top of the rad that can be got at between the upper rad duct and the bodywork once the bonnet is off.
Unbolt the lower duct from the body - bolts through into headlamp wells.
Undo the nuts holding the rad & condenser to the lower duct (on studs at the bottom of the rad & condenser)
If the bolts at the front of the duct haven't been fitted (mine weren't) you can drill out the rivets attaching the oil cooler duct to the radiator duct so that you can pull the lower radiator duct backwards and not foul the roll-bar.

If the front bolts are in place you probably need to get the spoiler off first (with or without the bumper I am assuming you have the fibreglass spoiler below the bumper like my '90 SE has) and then the lower duct should drop downwards with the oil cooler attached. But maybe someone else has another way to handle this?

Then pull the rad downwards - quite hard.

Rad removal?

Not as easy as on a 7 Gavin

I have removed mine twice in the last year and a half,

Remove the bonnet
Take off the top and bottom hoses (leave the heater in the hot position)
Remove the screws at the top and bottom of the fan housing and diconnect the electrical connection. Pull the fans and housing out. There are two nuts to undo on top of the rad passing through the body work and two nuts at the bottom passing through the under tray.
Remove these nuts and the under tray.
You can then slide the rad down and out but it is a tight fit. Needs a certain amount of pushing and twisting (and patience). As it comes down towards the ground you will have to angle it to get it out.

The other q is
EBC part no D323, same as Toyota Celica 2.0 82-85 (RA 61 model) or Supra 2.8 82-86 (MA 61 model).

Yes it went today Never seen it move from outside the car before and it looked lovely as it drove away!
