The dash binnicle looks remarkably 'unwarped' unlike most you see.

Sad to see a rare car like that looking so unloved :(

It look slike it has had a good smash down one side, hence why it is being broken I guess? If I was in the country, I would be very tempted with the interior although no pictures of the drivers seat where it normally wears through.

Just been to have a look at this car as I thought I could get the origional clarion radio I've been after for ages.
There is very little left! The interior is gone, as is the engine, door mirrors, dash, instruments, veneers, badges etc.
I wished I rung ahead before having a 2 and bit hour round trip only to come home with nothing.
Its a bit sad seeing a Celebration in that state. I think it would be a mission to put it back on the road. Its had a massive side on shunt.

Hi Jim

I may be able to help you with your radio idea.

My Excel Celebration has a more modern upgraded Hi Fi but one that is good enough to look right in the dash, unlike some. It even has a Bluetooth facility to use my iphone or ipod wirelessly which I find makes the Excel so easy to live with on a day to day basis.

I'm pretty sure the original item was the Clarion and so, if you like, I'll did it out and take some pics if you'll send me an email address - It'll savre you a trip if it's no good but might make a finishing touch if it is what you need.

Thanks
Simon

Hi
Is it details of the original Clarion system you want or information on the modern Sony system?
Thanks
Simon
